Terms and Conditions – 445win Platform Rules and Policies

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 445win platform, accessible at 445win.win. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

To use 445win, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing bets.

3. Account Rules

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on 445win. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and any balances across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. This includes your full name, date of birth, and active Pakistani mobile number. Providing false registration details constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 445win will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to protect your login details. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including people you trust.
• Do not use public Wi-Fi networks to access your 445win account if you can avoid it.
• Log out after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Update your password regularly and use a combination of letters and numbers.

4. Deposits

All deposits on 445win are processed in PKR. The following payment methods are accepted: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and domestic bank transfer. Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your account balance within minutes of confirmation. Raast transfers are processed near-instantly. Bank transfers may take a short processing period depending on your bank.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated in an active promotional offer. There is no platform fee charged on deposits. Any charges applied by your mobile wallet provider or bank are outside the control of 445win and are the user's responsibility.

• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Using a payment method registered to another person is not permitted.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support promptly if you have deposited an incorrect amount.
• 445win does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or payment methods from outside Pakistan.
• Deposits must be used for gaming activity. Depositing and withdrawing without meaningful play may be treated as an attempt to misuse the platform.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified method on file. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. 445win does not charge a platform-side fee on withdrawals. Standard withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within a few hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days.

• Funds with an active wagering requirement attached (bonus funds) cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is fully met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if there is an ongoing investigation into account activity.
• Funds deposited but not wagered may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal is approved.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

445win offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, and VIP cashback. Each bonus offer carries its own specific terms, including a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

The general rules governing all bonuses on 445win are as follows:

• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, per payment method, and per IP address.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 445win is governed by standard betting rules in addition to sport-specific rules applicable to individual markets. By placing any bet, you confirm that you understand and accept those rules.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change between the time you select them and the time you confirm your bet. If odds change before confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept or decline the new price.
• In-play bets are subject to short suspension periods during fast-moving moments of a match. 445win cannot guarantee that all live bet requests will be accepted immediately.
• If a cricket match is abandoned without a result (for example, due to rain), most match winner bets will be voided and the stake returned. Markets settled before abandonment stand.
• Accumulators require all selected legs to win. If one leg is voided, that leg is removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs continue.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are stated within the platform and may be adjusted at 445win's discretion.
• 445win reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of a pricing error or technical fault in the odds generation system.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 445win and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and a permanent ban:

• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account.
• Colluding with other players to exploit betting markets or game mechanics.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to generate artificial profits.
• Making deposits with the primary purpose of withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Engaging in any activity that 445win reasonably determines to constitute money laundering or fraud.
• Sharing or selling account access to third parties.

445win monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where such patterns are identified, the platform may take protective action including temporary account freezes pending investigation.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

445win reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension include (but are not limited to): suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, suspected underage use, or a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

If your account is suspended for investigative purposes, you will not be able to access your balance until the investigation is concluded. Where the investigation finds no breach, funds will be released in full. Where a breach is confirmed, funds may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 445win support. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance (after deducting applicable bonus balances not meeting wagering requirements) will be paid out to your registered PKR payment method within five business days.

10. Limitation of Liability

445win provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure the platform operates reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted, 445win shall not be liable for: any loss of funds due to technical failure during a bet placement, any consequential or indirect losses arising from use of the platform, or any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security. The platform's maximum liability to any individual user is limited to the value of funds deposited and not yet wagered in the relevant session.

11. Privacy and Data
